What is Prixma Hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?
Early check-in: Subject to availability from 7:00 am. 50% of the rack rate will be charged, granting the room.
Early departure: In the event that the guest leaves early, the full charge of the reservation will be assumed, except in the case of an early departure due to force majeure or demonstrable fortuitous event, in which case the 100% charge will not be applied.
Late check-out: Subject to availability. Between 3:00 pm (15:00) and 7:00 pm (19:00) pm, 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged at the rack rate. After 7:00 pm (19:00) pm, the full rack rate will be charged.

What is the minimum age to check in at the hotel?
18 years old Minors: If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the minor's identification document (civil registry), which proves the existence of the relationship.
If the minor(s) are not traveling with their parents, you must submit to the reception, in addition to the minor's identification document (civil registry), the parental permission, which must be authenticated by a notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. If you are a foreigner, you must present an equivalent document.
Without this documentation, minors are not permitted to enter the hotel. If the Client does not present any of the documents indicated here, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the person or persons of the group who do not present all the documents.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001 to Prevent the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its concordant regulations.

The entry and consumption of food and drinks is permitted in the rooms.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Cancellations and Modifications: Guaranteed reservations that are not canceled or modified in writing up to 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival date will be billed as a no-show, for which a penalty equivalent to the total number of nights reserved at the rate assigned in the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the check-in date will result in a 100% refund of the deposit paid, via the same method used by the guest to make payment. In cases where refunds are requested via bank transfer, any incurred costs will be borne by the guest.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a 100% penalty of the first night's accommodation. Non-refundable rates: The hotel has fees for cancellations and modifications:
– Modifications are not permitted.
– In the event of a cancellation, the entire stay will be charged.
– In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
– For early departures, the entire stay will be charged.
– Advance payment: The total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

What is the smoking policy at the hotel?
Anti-Smoking Policy: Cigarettes are not provided at our establishment and all spaces are smoke-free. In accordance with the provisions established in Law 1335 of 2009, Hotel Prixma has smoke-free spaces and environments.
Consequently, the guest accepts the obligation to refrain from smoking in spaces, areas, and environments designated as smoke-free, as well as in enclosed spaces such as bedrooms, hallways, restaurants, lounges, and other areas.
In the event that the guest fails to comply with this obligation, they agree to pay a penalty estimated at an amount equivalent to $600,000 for failure to comply with their obligations and for the treatment of the affected area.

Is the city water safe to drink?
Not suitable for human consumption. Bottled water should be consumed.

Do I need to get vaccinated against yellow fever to travel to Colombia?
The yellow fever vaccination is not required to enter major cities in Colombia. However, if you are a foreigner planning to visit natural areas such as Tayrona Park, the Amazon, the Sierra Nevada, or jungle areas, you must present your international yellow fever vaccination card.
This measure is intended to protect your health in at-risk areas and should not be a cause for concern. The vaccine is safe, valid for life, and is recommended at least 10 days before travel.
